We live in a very competitive and hectic fast moving World. Especially in the UK we go to work in the morning and when we return home it’s already dark (during the winter time and we have 10 months Winter here in the UK). After work when we reach home we are exhausted from hard day of work so some of us cannot generate enough energy for any exercise. So it is a brilliant gesture to have your own swimming pools in your homes.

Let me explain how this can be an advantage. When you reach home from work tired and feeling down then may be you want to get in to the swimming pool and relax your mind. When you do this you will not only relax your mind but your body too. If you swim in regular basis then you will also be maintaining your body and loose the fat you put on the day or a week. Many people think cleaning the pool is a tough job but you don’t have to worry about that because you get few swimming pool chemicals to clean your pool and if you have the money you can even hire someone in a monthly basis to clean the pool for you.

Most people tend to use the swimming pool around summer than winter. You can use it regularly in winter too because you can have swimming pool heaters to keep your water warm. Around a year ago I bought a swimming pool. I was 13 stones then.. I use the pool in regular basis for swimming and fitness exercises and now I am 9 stones. I have lost a lot of weight and now I can happily say that I am a slim girl. I was self conscious when I was big I was scared to go out anywhere but now I am a confident young lady. If I can lose a lot of weight through swimming then why can’t you.
